We’re happy to announce the OfficeRnD Community Portal—a forum for anyone to ask questions about our product, suggest and discuss ideas, and reach out directly to the OfficeRnD Product team!
Want to suggest an improvement? Wonder how other coworking spaces use our features? Need information on new releases? We got all of these and more!
We are very excited about the Community Portal! It’s something we’ve been dreaming of and working on for a long time and will also support our goals for 2020. We strongly believe that building a community around the OfficeRnD product is what will add even more value to you, our customers!
Below you’ll find the benefits you’ll get from the Community Portal but we think you’ll find plenty more, once you try it yourself!
Hearing from customers is what gives us the inspiration to keep doing what we’re doing and make it better. You can use the Community Portal to share your feedback with our team and the rest of the community. We announce new features and updates on the Community Portal so you can have a one-stop shop for all your OfficeRnD news.
Pro Tip: We will also do calls for beta testers of new features and integrations in the Community Portal, so if you want to be among the first to try out new stuff follow our New Features section.
We have lots of resources to help you learn and use OfficeRnD, but when you need even more detailed information, the Community Portal is your go-to. Our team, as well as other coworking operators, who are Community Portal members, can jump in to answer your specific questions and provide step-by-step instructions so you can be off on the path to success.
Pro Tip: You might know how to use bookable resources and memberships, but you might want to discuss when to use one over the other or when to mix them.
There isn’t necessarily just one way to use OfficeRnD—this makes it easier to customize, but it is sometimes hard to figure out what exactly works for you. While you can always check out our articles on the Help Center, the Community Portal is a great way to learn about workflows for any type of team (or process). Even if you have your processes dialed in, you might get inspired to try something new based on what other coworking operators are doing.
The Community Portal is a great place to exchange know-how, share feedback, suggest improvements, and interact with our team. We believe this is a great way to learn and spread wisdom.
Check it out and join the discussion! 😉
