About the role

As a Sales Development Representative your primary responsibility is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns. This position involves inbound and outbound email and phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills and tight collaboration with the Inside Sales Representatives to generate new opportunities. The SDR will be expected to report on qualification and communication activity and stay thoroughly informed on all products and the coworking industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Use a variety of methods (email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision makers
  • Create successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects (50-60 prospects/day)
  • Use sales intelligence tools for more effective account prioritization and lead generation
  • Work with marketing to ideate, manage and execute campaigns
  • Map prospective accounts in terms of org structure, people and existing technology
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Directly book meetings with prospects for our Account Executives and Inside Sales Reps
  • Achieve monthly quotas + daily KPI’s of a minimum of 100 activities per day (email/calls/social media interactions)
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.

What to bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development in a software company.
  • SaaS background is a huge plus.
  • Experience using a CRM is a must.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to maneuver through ambiguity and collaborate with a growing international team.
  • Curiosity and constant strive to learn and grow.
