About the role

What you’ll do

  • Drive the onboarding, system adoption, and happiness of our customers throughout their entire lifecycle with the product.
  • Build a trusting relationship with the client, anticipating their needs and proactively attending to their issues before they occur.
  • Ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience for customers.
  • Design and facilitate system trainings to customers and their teams.
  • Measure training progress toward successfully meeting clients’ expectations.
  • Address customers’ support queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be the voice of the customer – capture customers’ feedback and feature requests, communicate them clearly with the Product Management team and add them to the backlog.
  • Playing a vital role in the research of reported problems, work with the development team to isolate, and confirm bug reports and log them in the backlog.

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven customer-focused mindset. You are eager to roll up your sleeves and help new clients get onboard with our product – there is no task β€˜too small’ when it comes to helping our clients succeed.
  • You are a natural networker and relationship builder, comfortable working cross functionally.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS company (preferably in onboarding/enablement).
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to details.
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives.
