About the role

As aΒ  Demand Generation Manager you will beΒ  responsible for driving demand for our solutions by developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns and programs. Your focus would be on developing and leading a comprehensive portfolio of campaigns and programs designed to nurture, engage, and convert our prospects as well as drive adoption and cross/up-sell to our existing customers to meet and exceed marketing business objectives. Beyond campaign management, you would collaborate with the sales team on funnel management and with key stakeholders on website projects and pages.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the planning, execution, reporting, and results of end-to-end demand generation programs, including but not limited to, webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, etc.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic, MQLs, and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to drive demand and foot traffic to the company presence at industry conferences. Communicate internally to the business on progress and results, and support the execution of conference planning.
  • Work alongside Sales to monitor lead volume, quality, follow up process and conversion rates with a focus on ROI and revenue growth.
  • Provide reports, analyses, and insights around improving the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Work alongside key stakeholders on marketing web pages and projects to optimize the customer experience. Analyze customer journeys, recommending and executing tests that result in conversion rate optimization
  • Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets.

What to bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation marketing with increasing responsibility.
  • Ability to handle both strategy and execution of lead generation and operations. Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Good understanding of the sales-marketing funnel performance. Funnel management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with CRMs or marketing automation systems like HubSpot.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress preferred). Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.
