Inside Sales Representative

We recently secured Series A funding to take our company to the next level and we need amazing people like you to help us get there.

With offices in London, UK; Sofia, Bulgaria; Atlanta, US; and Hastings, New Zealand, we are expanding in Melbourne! As we are currently setting our Melbourne office location, you will have the rare opportunity to be one of the first team-members and be an active part of shaping our newest team. 

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving opportunity-based sales quotas. You would be researching and identifying leads to reach business targets through telephone, email, webinars, and in person. Your business insight and input to the product/marketing teams would play a vital role in the development of our product. The target clients will consist of coworking space operators across the Asia-Pacific region. 

What you’ll do:

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
  • Help customers by providing insights into trends and issues, demonstrating business impacts and outlining effective solutions.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and proactively look for new business opportunities. 
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
  • Accurately manage, track, and precisely forecast revenue opportunities in HubSpot CRM.

What to bring:

  • Sales experience in the software industry, preferably Inside sales.
  • A track record of exceeding annual quotas.
  • Passion about technology.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them.
  • Exceptional communication skills and readiness to proactively talk to customers and attend meetings.
  • A work hard / play hard start up attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
