Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar, and in person. This individual will also provide vital input to product / marketing teams based on their interactions with prospects.

Target clients will consist of coworking space operators across EMEA & The Americas.

What you’ll do:

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
  • Help customers by providing insights into trends and issues, demonstrating business impacts and outlining effective solutions.
  • Follow up on inbound leads.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales. strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
  • Accurately manage, track, and precisely forecast revenue opportunities in HubSpot CRM.

What to bring:

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience in the software industry.
  • A track record of exceeding annual quotas.
  • Passion about technology.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them.
  • Exceptional communication skills and readiness to proactively talk to customers and attend meetings.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English.
