About the role

We are looking for an IT Admin professional to join our team in Sofia. You will play an integral role in access management and will be responsible to ensure company systems and integrations between systems are securely configured, handling day-to-day support, and IT operations within the company. You will collaborate with all team members and have exposure to different aspects of the business. This role will report to and work closely with the CTO.

What you’ll do:

  • Installing, upgrading, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
  • Understand and follow industry best practices and standards
  • Supporting the onboarding process of new team members in 4 countries, 3 continents, including provisioning equipment and workstation setup
  • Be on the front lines to provide technical support for Windows PC, MacBooks, iOS, and Android devices
  • Provisioning/deprovisioning accounts in our SaaS App portfolio
  • Advise on any technical issues which may occur on employee workstations
  • Perform hands-on work as needed (end user support, troubleshooting, HW/SW installs, upgrades, IT projects)
  • Keep track of all IT inventory and enforce asset tracking and device management globally
  • Automate Help Desk workflows
  • Creating new and maintain existing procedures in compliance with ISO standards
  • Monitor and maintain security and integrity standards and controls
  • Initiate and execute IT projects and tasks as required
  • Communicate and work with our HR and Operations team on a day to day operations as required

What you need to succeed:

  • University diploma or certification program focused on Information Technology/Information Systems/Information Security
  • Broad understanding of a range of technologies and practical knowledge of information security
  • Experience troubleshooting/resolving operating system malfunctions and performance issues
  • Ability to provide world-class customer service with excellent communication and tact
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • The following experience would be an advantage, but is not required:
  • Supporting user base in a corporate environment (end user support, troubleshooting, HW/SW installs, upgrades, IT/Helpdesk projects)
  • Experience managing cloud SAAS products (Google Apps, SSO, Slack, SFDC, Meraki, Namely, etc.)
  • Supporting enterprise infrastructure in a fast-paced environment
