About the role

We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to develop the OfficeRnD partners strategy – evaluate, sign and launch new partnerships. Π’ΠΎ make our vision a reality, we will be focusing on growing our existing partners network – from implementation and referral partners to integration technology partners that complement our product offering. Your role will be to define how OfficeRnD can grow faster through partnerships and execute on that plan.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and lead the company’s first formal channel program including creation of partner value proposition, collateral, and success metrics.
  • Recruit system integrators, technology & integration partners, and consultants to assist OfficeRnd in growing pipeline and winning more business.
  • Work on a global scale building appropriate channel relationships in Americas, EMEA and APAC.
  • Provide strategic analysis for each new partner’s business case, growth potential, product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide recommendations to improve partner performance and launch new product integrations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams inside OfficeRnD – e.g. Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Services.
  • Work closely and report directly to the SVP Sales for the company.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years experience building and running channel and partnership programs for SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; developed business judgement.Β 
  • Start-up and get things done mentality.
