About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for influencing product development and developing key parts of the go-to-market strategy as part of a dedicated cross-functional team. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and SaaS software product launch experience, having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate new technologies.

What you’ll do:

In collaboration with Product Management, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams, you will:

  • Create key Go-to-Market documents – Target market; buyer persona profiles; product positioning and messaging; competitor and market analysis; customer journey mapping
  • Conduct research to define and validate customer requirements and market data – Work on customer insight programs to discover requirements and market data; win/loss analysis; switching analysis
  • Create collateral materials to support the sales process – Sales enablement sessions/ overviews; product presentations; battle cards; competitive comparisons; email templates
  • Create relevant product and feature resources – Product videos, webinars, and presentations; case studies and customer testimonials; email workflows
  • Deliver thought leadership content for industry events, blogs, videos and others
  • Work on customer marketing initiatives – Upsell promos; product update webinars
  • Analyze and update the customer journey to best match the buyer personas – website journey; external listings of the product; email workflows; Getting Started; product usage

What you need to succeed:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a product marketing role or similar
  • Great time management and organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience delivering product launch results with internal and external partners including Production, Brand, Sales, and PR
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
  • Experience in working with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar.
  • Ability to travel for industry conferences and customer visits.
