About the role

As a Sales Development Representative your primary responsibility will be to establish initial contact with a list of highly targeted accounts and compel them to take an initial meeting with a senior account executive. You will use email, phone, linkedin and more to research target companies, identify appropriate contacts, reach out proactively, break the ice, deliver a basic story about OfficeRnD and set up meetings. The SDR will be expected to report on qualification and communication activity and stay thoroughly informed on all products and the coworking industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Use a variety of methods (email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision makers
  • Create successful cold calling and email campaigns targeting new prospects (50-60 prospects/day)
  • Use sales intelligence tools for more effective account prioritization and lead generation
  • Map prospective accounts in terms of org structure, people and existing technology
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Keep CRM updated at all times
  • Directly book meetings with prospects for our Account Executives and Inside Sales Reps
  • Achieve monthly quotas + daily KPI’s as directed by management
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development in a software company.
  • SaaS background is a huge plus.
  • Experience using a CRM is a must.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to maneuver through ambiguity and collaborate with a growing international team.
  • Curiosity and constant strive to learn and grow.
