About the role

We are a fast-growing company and we are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with our sales team and be actively involved with the technical side of the sales process for new and existing OfficeRnD customers. Combining both technical skills and business savvy, you will identify customers’ technical needs and business objectives in order to properly demonstrate how OfficeRnD meets these requirements.

What you’ll do:

  • Create customized product demos for prospective customers
  • Provide pre-sales support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customers’ technical challenges and needs in order to design a customized selling strategy
  • Respond to requests for proposals and requests for information from prospects & customers
  • Develop internal presentations and training material for the sales team
  • Assist with the conducting of special, release and weekly walkthrough webinars
  • Assist prospects with activation and getting started with our trial
  • Create product videos, blog posts and KB articles

What you need to succeed:

  • Outstanding presentations skills and experience in the delivery of complex technical and sales oriented presentations
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, prior quality assurance or technical support experience
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Knowledge of rich JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue is a plus
  • Understanding of development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall is nice, but not required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Technical writing skills are a plus
  • Self-driven personality who enjoys working with people
  • Degree in Computer Science and/or Business Administration is preferred
