About the role

We are on the lookout for a Sales Operations Specialist who will boost our sales campaigns and will be a driver of good practices in sales operations! Your role would be to help us grow rapidly and expand our customer base. You would be focused on prospecting, contact generation, and market research – researching market trends, building and analyzing market reports, and building databases with contact information.Β 

What you’ll do:

  • Research target companies and prepare executive summaries
  • Collaborate with a highly experienced Sales team to reach our ambitious goals
  • Follow established process in creating target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Creating reports and analysis of various sales metrics in various systems
  • Diligently update HubSpot, our CRM, to stay current on leads data
  • Create and document efficient, effective, and replicable methods to collect and verify data, organize data sources, manage data quality, and produce summary results

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working with various software solutions
  • Fluency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets
  • Experience using Hubspot or comparable CRM
  • Ability to keep your attention to detail while doing repetitive tasks
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent and strong attention to detail
  • Interest to dive into quota-setting and business modelling methodologies
  • Experience with data collection and processing is a plus
