About the role

As a SMB Sales Representative you will join our US-based team and be responsible for advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving opportunity-based sales quotas. You would also conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinars, and in person. Your target clients will consist of coworking space operators across The Americas. We’ll count on you to provide vital input to product and marketing teams based on your interactions with prospects.

What you’ll do:

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
  • Help customers by providing insights into trends and issues, demonstrating business impacts and outlining effective solutions.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and proactively look for new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
  • Accurately manage, track, and precisely forecast revenue opportunities in HubSpot CRM.

What you need to succeed:

  • Software sales experience, preferably SaaS.
  • Commitment to win – you are able to demonstrate a consistent drive to achieve your personal and professional goals.
  • Intellectual curiosity – you have an innate desire to learn and understand concepts and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Coachability – you are humble, acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses and take feedback well. You are open to learning and trying new things.
  • Self-starter – you take the initiative to get things done and are able to work independently and take responsibility for your results.
  • Critical thinking – you are able to find and synthesize information, analyze problems and propose and implement solutions.
  • Strong communication skills – you can effectively and concisely communicate with, motivate and inspire prospects.
