About the role

With the growth of our global team, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to be the engine of the team expansion. From Sales and Marketing, to Engineering and Customer Success, we want to bring the best talent onboard. Our team is located in Sofia, Atlanta, London and we are soon stepping in Melbourne. As a Talent Partner, you will help all functions and locations grow. In order to be successful in this role, you need to be a people person, curious, and excited about working with such a diverse group of smart people!

Where your expertise is needed:

  • Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft the attraction process, execute the talent assessment and lead offer negotiations.
  • Support, enable, and hold your hiring managers accountable for offering an outstanding candidate experience and making the right hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to improve the entire Talent Strategy – from attraction to retention.
  • Build networks across various platforms to engage passive candidates.
  • Win over and develop trusted relationships with executives, managers, peers, and candidates by taking over challenging topics and always remaining action-oriented and positive – even in busy times.
  • Know the talent market and propose the right action to engage the right people.
  • Actively participate in our Employer brand efforts – through various channels, campaigns, events and initiatives, both internally and externally.

What you need to succeed:

  • End-to-end recruitment experience – from attraction strategy to offer acceptance.
  • Ability to successfully consult and influence hiring managers of all levels (team leaders and executives) in order to hire and onboard great talent.
  • Experience hiring technical roles – you know the difference between JavaScript and MongoDB, but don’t really care which exactly is the latest Angular version.
  • Curiosity to analyze the recruitment process and proactively make data-centric improvements.
  • Balance of creativity, focus, and determination to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and continuously raise the bar of our recruitment efforts.
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Can-do attitude to achieve the best results possible within a defined time frame.
  • Comfort in a startup environment. We move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment. Change is a constant and we love it!
  • Excellent English language skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of Bulgarian labour and employment legislation.
  • Experience hiring outside of Europe.
