About the role

As VP Global Sales you will partner with the CRO to lead the rapid growth at OfficeRnD. We are looking for an experienced Sales executive that thrives in a startup environment and has a proven track record of defining a robust sales strategy to scale ARR from $5M-$20M+. Your role would be focused on hiring, coaching and developing team members to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will own the global sales goal and be personally responsible for maximizing our sales team potential in the AMERICAS region, establishing a global outbound strategy focused on the closing of Tier 1 accounts. You will own the crafting of sales campaigns, coaching the sales team and personally owning the closing of high value sales opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and execute plans to support our company’s future growth and scale ARR from $5M-$20M+
  • Design and execute an outbound strategy that will result in repeatable and predictable pipeline generation focused on our Enterprise market segment.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas by holding your team accountable for activities that lead to revenue generation.
  • Personally drive the closing of complex Enterprise deals with your team.
  • Work with the Director of Sales to define and oversee a successful sales strategy in dedicated territories across the world.
  • Initially drive the generation of additional pipeline through outbound initiatives within the AMERICAS region.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships focused on customer outcomes and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives within the region.
  • Work with the functional leaders in Marketing / Product / Customer Success to ensure the right skills and resources are made available in support of all regional activities (not limited to sales).
  • Implement a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of successful software sales experience
  • Extensive experience in leading an international software sales teams
  • Solid experience in Enterprise SaaS sales focused on USD 50 – 150K Average Revenue per Account.
  • Experience in proptech SaaS is a major plus.
  • Team player with a “do-er” mentality – mix of large company (operating at scale) and small company (quick execution) experiences.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup is required.
  • Genuine relationship builder who can easily navigate and build connections in complex organizations.

Over the next 12-18 months, success will be primarily assessed against:

  • The delivery of a repeatable and scalable approach to revenue generation through outbound activities.
  • Personally contributing to the closing of strategic Tier 1 accounts and generating a repeatable strategy that can be executed across the whole team.
  • Delivering of over $10m ARR, with a clear pipeline, approach, and momentum to achieve $20m+. More than anything, the VP will be expected to build a plan to hit – and ideally exceed – the company’s financial targets.
  • Strategic thinking – a commercial engine and broader sales strategy that clearly defines and prioritizes which clients to allocate resources to and spend time on.
  • Team leadership, and building a world-class, high-performing team and commercial capability.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent into the business.
