Integration overview

OfficeRnD’s management platform enables Coworking Spaces and Serviced Offices to handle all business-critical processes in a flexible workspace, including Printing. The system’s integration with ezeep lets you automate the user management in ezeep and include print activity in your invoices to members. By enabling the integration you can:

  • automatically sync members’ information between OfficeRnD and ezeep
  • automatically add members to a pre-configured ezeep group
  • include printing costs in your invoices by creating billing plans for black and white and
    color page prices


What is ezeep?

ezeep is a fully managed Cloud Printing platform for PC, Mac, Android, iOS, Chrome and more.

It enables members to print with any device, from any location, to any printer. With ezeep you control who accesses your printers, how much they can print and whether printing is being charged. This makes
ezeep the perfect solution for:

  • Mobile Printing

The ezeep platform supports any printer that comes with a Windows printer driver (with the note that not all printer features will always be supported). The main focus of ezeep is on standard office printing (A4, A3, A5, Letter, Legal, Tabloid).
