OfficeRnD’s management platform enables Coworking Spaces and Serviced Offices handle all business-critical processes in a flexible workspace, including occupancy management.

OfficeRnD’s integration with Rialto enhances those capabilities by automating the collaboration between the two systems and allowing space operators to use one system to run the occupancy management of their whole space, while taking advantage of the advanced functionality of a dedicated sales automation system.

Once the integration is active, the following process occurs instantly and automatically when an asset gets created or updated on OfficeRnD:

  • OfficeRnD sends to Rialto all necessary data it needs to create an asset
    • Asset Address, City, Zip, Country and State
    • Asset Name and Picture
  • OfficeRnD sends to Rialto all necessary data it needs to create a space
    • Type and Floor
    • Available from date and Status (available/available soon)
    • Price
    • Area
  • If the availability of a unit changes on OfficeRnD, it goes to Rialto in real-time. The marketing collateral gets updated and a weekly digest of availability updates gets sent to the team and collaborators. Those weekly digests will touch upon new locations opening, spaces coming available, spaces being let, new marketing collateral shared, incentives being offered to agents as well as announcements regarding new sales managers joining each of the locations.

As a result, your sales & marketing process is 100% automated and your inventory are always up-to-date in both Rialto and OfficeRnD.
