• What is a bookable resource?

  A space or a seat that can be reserved for a specific time period OR assigned to a user. A few examples would be flexible desks, private offices, dedicated desks, parking spots, phone booths. This excludes meeting rooms and event spaces that are charged separately due to the nature of one their utilization by multiple users per day.

• What is a meeting room?

  Every meeting space that can be reserved by company employees and used for meetings with multiple participants.

• How am I going to be charged?

  All of our subscriptions come with a minimum committed usage as defined by number of bookable resources & meeting rooms. These minimum commitments are outlined on our pricing page and differ based on the edition you select. The subscription can be prepaid annually with a discount or paid on a month to month basis.

• Are there any additional charges?

  We pride ourselves on providing transparent pricing to all of our customers, so you will be able to see all costs included on the pricing page. Incurring additional costs can incur based on several factors:

  • Adding more bookable resources OR meeting rooms to your account.
  • Buying an add-on like our visitor management solution or requesting a custom support SLA.
  • Requesting additional implementation & training services beyond the ones already included in your support package.

• Do you charge in currencies other than US dollars?

  Yes, we can also charge in EUR, GBP and AUD depending on your location.

• Is my data secure?

  OfficeRnD is SOC2 Type 2, ISO 27001 certified & GDPR, CCPA compliant and supports large enterprise organizations across 50+ countries. For a more detailed overview, please check our security whitepaper.

• Do you offer help with system setup and training?

  Yes, we do! We guide you through a step-by-step setup process and help you with importing your members’ information, bookings and floor plans into the system.

• What hardware do I need for the Visitor Hub?

  We recommend the following Android/iOS tablets and stands for running the OfficeRnD Visitor Hub app (for both Flex & Hybrid):

  • Android: The app should be compatible with any tablet running Android 6.0 or later. For an optimal experience, we recommend using a 10.1-inch tablet and a suitable stand, such as Samsung Galaxy Tab series and Bosstab Stands
  • iOS: The app is compatible with any Apple iPad running iPadOS 13.4 or later. For an optimal experience, we recommend a 10.9-inch iPad and a suitable stand, such as Bosstab.
