  • What is a bookable resource?

    A space or a seat that can be reserved for a specific time period OR assigned to a user. A few examples would be flexible desks, private offices, dedicated desks, parking spots, phone booths. This excludes meeting rooms and event spaces that are charged separately due to the nature of one their utilization by multiple users per day.

  • What is a meeting room?

    Every meeting space that can be reserved by company employees and used for meetings with multiple participants.

  • How am I going to be charged?

    With the exclusion of the “Free” plan all of our subscriptions come with a minimum committed usage as defined by number of bookable resources & meeting rooms. These minimum commitments are outlined on our pricing page and differ based on the edition you select. The subscription can be prepaid annually with a discount or paid on a month to month basis.

  • Are there any additional charges?

    We pride ourselves on providing transparent pricing to all of our customers, so you will be able to see all costs included on the pricing page. Incurring additional costs can incur based on several factors:

    • Adding more bookable resources OR meeting rooms to your account.
    • Buying an add-on like our visitor management solution or requesting a custom support SLA.
    • Requesting additional implementation & training services beyond the ones already included in your support package.
  • Do you charge in currencies other than US dollars?

    Yes, we can also charge in EUR and GBP depending on your location.

  • Is there a limit on the free plan?

    Yes. There is a limit for up to 20 added users and 20 bookable resources. In addition the activation of the Automated User Provisioning is also unavailable.

  • Is my data secure?
