Integration Overview

OfficeRnD’s integration with Sage50 enhances OfficeRnD’s capabilities by syncing billing information between the two systems and allowing flex operators to use one system to run the billing of their whole space. This integration gives the full benefits of OfficeRnD to manage your flexible space while also taking advantage of the advanced functionality of a desktop accounting system like Sage 50.

Once the Sage 50 integration is active, the following process occurs during each sync of new invoices, credit notes, and payments in OfficeRnD:

  • OfficeRnD sends to Sage50 all new invoices, credit notes, and payments
  • OfficeRnD pulls all new payments to already synced invoices from Sage50
  • If the invoice is marked as paid in Sage50, OfficeRnD marks the invoice as paid

As a result, your accounting system can be in sync with OfficeRnD and your invoices are up-to-date both in Sage50 and OfficeRnD.
