Additional Revenue

Additional revenue means all revenue, excluding Desk/Membership and On-Demand Revenue.

It typically includes F&B and Other Revenue:

• F&B Revenue: derived from selling food, beverages, and other sources within the F&B department.
• Other Revenue: all revenue generated outside of rentable spaces (desks and all types of spaces) and F&B departments.

Additional revenue usually depends on your On-demand Revenue—the more bookings you have for meeting and event spaces, the more F&B and other products you can sell.

Many coworking spaces also offer additional space services, such as car parking space rentals or professional services like marketing, financial or business services, car maintenance services, and more.

You can talk to your members or survey them to learn what services they want you to offer.
