Tenant

Tenant is often referred to as a company that’s leasing space on a long-term basis from a Landlord.

Being a member of a coworking space is very different from being a tenant due to the different types of contracts each is signing with respectively a coworking space or a Landlord.

Tenancy gives certain rights and obligations to the tenant company. The coworking membership is a simpler, short-term, flexible contract with little to no obligations and limited rights to the space.
