Integration overview

OfficeRnD’s integration with Brivo lets you completely automate the door access control in your flexible workspace. Enabling the integration will allow you to:

  • Automatically sync members’ information between OfficeRnD and  Brivo.
  • Automatically sync the members’ access to pre-configured groups based on:
    • Membership / Contract type.
    • Office (Resource) assignment.
    • Bookings (15 mins before the booking)
  • Automatically ‘check-in‘ members (in progress).
  • Check the ‘connected’ group directly in the OfficeRnD members’ profile.
