Integration overview

OfficeRnD’s CardConnect integration collects payments for memberships, bookings and services, and updates the corresponding invoice as soon as a charge succeeds. Because it supports recurring transactions, once a member’s details are saved, every subsequent bill run can charge them automatically.

 

 

OfficeRnD + CardConnect

  • OfficeRnD issues invoices and sends them to members.
  • New members can pay and store their payment details during sign-up.
  • OfficeRnD charges saved details automatically on each bill run, or members pay themselves through the Pay Now button in the Member Portal.
  • Successful charges are marked as paid in OfficeRnD, and in Xero or QuickBooks Online if you’ve connected one.

As a result, your payment collection is better automated and your invoices are always up to date.
