Integration overview

OfficeRnD’s Ezidebit integration lets your members pay for memberships, bookings and services by Direct Debit without your team handling bank details or submitting files. Once a payment clears, it’s matched to the invoice in OfficeRnD and appears in your accounting software if one is connected.

 

 

OfficeRnD + Ezidebit

  • Create an Ezidebit account and retrieve your Public Key and Digital Key.
  • Add Ezidebit under Payment Gateways in the OfficeRnD Integration Hub and configure it for one or all of your locations.
  • OfficeRnD issues invoices and submits them for Direct Debit collection.
  • Once a payment clears, the invoice is marked as paid in OfficeRnD, Xero and QuickBooks Online.

Bear in mind Direct Debit clears more slowly than a card payment: allow three to four business days as standard, and up to five for first-time payments that need mandate verification.
