Integration overview

OfficeRnD’s Forte integration collects payments for rent (memberships), bookings and services on your behalf. Once a payment goes through Forte, it matches to the corresponding invoice in OfficeRnD and, if you’ve connected one, to the invoice in your accounting software.

 

 

OfficeRnD + Forte

Connect your Forte account to a location in OfficeRnD and you can start taking card and ACH payments straight away. Here’s how it works:

  • OfficeRnD issues invoices and sends them to members.
  • OfficeRnD uses its integration with Forte to charge those invoices, or members pay themselves using the Pay Now button in the Member Portal.
  • Forte returns the payment status, and OfficeRnD marks the invoice as paid.
  • If you have an active integration with Xero or QuickBooks Online, OfficeRnD also marks the invoice as paid there.

You can assign a different Forte account to each location, making billing across multiple sites much easier to manage.

Forte is a complete payments gateway that covers card processing, ACH and Direct Debit in a single platform. It’s built for businesses that bill recurring customers and need both card and bank-based payment rails without stitching together two providers.
