Connect OfficeRnD Flex and Microsoft Outlook Calendar via Zapier

  • Every Booking, On the Calendar

A New Booking in OfficeRnD can automatically create a matching event in Outlook, so your team’s calendar reflects space usage without anyone re-entering it.

  • The Calendar Most Teams Already Run On

Outlook is the default calendar for a large share of business users, so pushing bookings there meets your team where they already work.

  • One Less Manual Step Before a Meeting

Space or resource bookings made in OfficeRnD show up as Outlook events automatically, so staff don’t need to check two systems to see what’s booked.

Integration overview

This integration is powered by Zapier, not built or maintained natively by OfficeRnD. On Zapier, this connects to the “Microsoft Outlook” app, which handles Outlook calendar and mail. Using the New Booking trigger from OfficeRnD, you can automate the creation of a Create Event action in Outlook, so bookings made in OfficeRnD appear directly on the relevant Outlook calendar. You set up the automation yourself in Zapier.
