Integration overview

OfficeRnD’s Omise integration collects card payments for memberships, bookings and services across your Asian locations. Once a payment is made through Omise, it’s associated with the matching invoice in OfficeRnD and, if you’ve connected an accounting integration, with the invoice there too.

 

 

OfficeRnD + Omise

  • Create an Omise account and copy your API keys from the Keys section of the dashboard.
  • Add Omise under Payment Gateways in the OfficeRnD Integration Hub and select the location it applies to.
  • OfficeRnD issues invoices and charges members’ saved cards, or members pay through the Member Portal.
  • Successful charges are marked as paid in OfficeRnD and in your connected accounting software.

Note that some limitations apply to debit cards; your Omise account manager can confirm what’s supported in your market.
