OfficeRnD + QuickBooks

OfficeR&D integration with QuickBooks lets you completely automate your coworking space accounting in real time.

  • OfficeRnD send to Xero all necessary data it needs to create an invoice
  • Xero use it’s own Invoice template to create the invoice
  • Xero populate the invoice with the next available invoice number
  • Xero send the invoice to OfficeRnD
  • OfficeRnD take the Xero invoice and sends it to the respective company/member’s email and attach it to their profile in the Member’s Portal
  • If the invoice is marked as paid manually or through a Payment Gateway Integration, OfficeRnD goes to Xero in real-time and mark it as paid
  • If the invoice is marked as paid in Xero, OfficeRnD is pinged in real-time to do the same

As a result, your accounting is better automated and your invoices are always up-to-date in QuickBooks.
