Integration overview

OfficeRnD integrates with PayPal as a payment gateway, which lets your members use PayPal to pay online for their monthly and one-off services. Once the payment goes through, it’s associated with the matching invoice in OfficeRnD and, if you’ve connected an accounting integration, with the invoice there as well.

 

 

OfficeRnD + PayPal

  • Set up a PayPal business merchant account if you don’t already have one.
  • Collect your PayPal API credentials from the PayPal developer portal and add them to OfficeRnD.
  • OfficeRnD issues invoices and members pay them with PayPal from the Member Portal.
  • OfficeRnD marks paid invoices as such in OfficeRnD, Xero, and QuickBooks Online.
