Integration overview

SphereMail integrates directly with OfficeRnD to connect your members with their virtual mailboxes and bring their SphereMail invoices into OfficeRnD. You configure the connection from your SphereMail portal using credentials generated in OfficeRnD.

 

 

OfficeRnD + SphereMail

  • In OfficeRnD, generate a Client ID, Client Secret and note your organization Slug.
  • Log in to your SphereMail portal with Operator or Super Admin credentials, open Integrations and select the Systems tab.
  • Enable the OfficeRnD integration and enter your credentials.
  • Choose whether to enable OfficeRnD invoices so SphereMail billing flows through to OfficeRnD.
  • Connect existing customers automatically by cross-referencing email addresses, or add specific accounts manually.

SphereMail customers without an OfficeRnD account can have one created automatically from their SphereMail details.
