Amenity Space

An Amenity Space is often an indoor or outdoor space on a lot that is communal and available for members to use for recreational or social activities.

Great community lounges can be an excellent way to attract new members. These can be simple spaces with lounge seating or incorporate other elements like games, community kitchens, or coffee bars.

Regardless of its size or the number of activities, an amenity space should include multiple seating types and zones so different groups can comfortably use it at the same time.
