2023 was another weird, unpredictable, and also very exciting year for the coworking space market. We saw one of the biggest brands collapsing sending shockwaves in the entire real estate market. While many of the smaller coworking brands kept expanding and gaining momentum in certain markets. While the suburban and small-town spaces were swimming in demand, the central business districts were not as busy as they used to be. 2023 was as unpredictable as ever and 2024 looks like we will see more of the same – loads of opportunities, increasing demand seasoned with unpredictability, and more difficult access to capital.

Our OfficeRnD Flex product saw remarkable updates, further solidifying our commitment to providing top-notch solutions for coworking and flexible spaces.

Stripe Integration Major Update

The launch of Stripe 2.0 marked a significant advancement in our payment integration, offering instant ACH verification and a refreshed payment request form.

This update simplifies the payment process for both operators and members.

Refund Stripe Payments Inside OfficeRnD

We made refunding Stripe payments more straightforward, allowing operators to manage refunds directly from within OfficeRnD Flex.

Introducing OfficeRnD Tours

A significant addition to our Flex functionality, OfficeRnD Tours enables operators to create branded, embeddable tour booking forms.

This feature simplifies the scheduling process for coworking tours, enhancing the prospect experience and aiding in the conversion of prospects into members.

Hybrid Workplace Integration

A significant update in 2023 for OfficeRnD Flex was the launch of the full Hybrid Workplace Integration, a transformative feature that empowers operators to offer member companies advanced tools for coordinating hybrid schedules and enhancing collaboration.

This integration is a leap forward in how private offices within coworking spaces can be utilized more effectively and flexibly.

In the meantime, we also shipped more than 300 new versions of the platform, fixing thousands of issues and making hundreds of minor and major improvements to different flows of the platform.

The corporate workplace went through another year of uncertainty and internal and external battles. More and more companies mandated their employees to return to the office (RTO) with little to no effect. The struggle continued throughout the year as both sides were intensifying their efforts to achieve their objectives. We believe that both sides are right in their views and companies should find a good balance and offer a well-thought, quality Hybrid workplace.
