Once integrated, your workspaces will be visible to customers searching in the LiquidSpace marketplace. They can book and pay for workspaces instantly on LiquidSpace, and those reservations sync straight to your OfficeRnD Flex calendar so you’re ready to greet them when they arrive.

Bookings, billing, and cancellation policies are handled in LiquidSpace, and each reservation appears in your OfficeRnD Flex Admin Portal under a dedicated “LiquidSpace Reservations” profile. Full setup instructions are in the integration guide.

Edit LiquidSpace bookings in the LiquidSpace portal. Those changes sync to OfficeRnD Flex. Don’t edit them in OfficeRnD, since the integration syncs one way, from LiquidSpace to OfficeRnD.
