We’re thrilled to announce that we raised $3 million to speed up our growth and take the OfficeRnD product and services to a whole new level. The new venture round is led by Flashpoint Venture Capital and LAUNCHub Ventures.
We’ve been growing exponentially over the last years, constantly improving our product and significantly expanding our team and customer base worldwide. As for today, we’re happy and proud of having 50+ teammates and more than 500 customers operating 1000+ locations that service more than 100 000 members.
We put an enormous effort into building the most robust and reliable flexible workspace management platform. And we want to continue delivering the best.

The new funding will go straight into developing our product even better and faster.
We’ll take the user experience, the functionality depth of our products and the services we provide to a new level and achieve our long-term vision – to make flexible working the way of working.
Because we believe that by completely transforming the concept of how we lease, rent, and use office space, the flexible workspace model is a movement that’s reshaping the future of work.
For us, the office should be more than physical space. Instead, it should be a space for innovation, collaboration, and enhanced productivity. Not only serving our immediate needs by accommodating essential amenities but adding value on top—by adopting hospitality as a core element of the workspace business, and by providing access to a strong community of like-minded professionals.
It’s what we call Space as a Service – The Workspace Evolution. An evolution that’s already happening.
Coworking and flexible workspaces have been growing rapidly over the last several years. As technological advances make remote work easier, it is expected to boom in the following years, disrupting the multi-billion dollar office space rental market. More and more Commercial Real Estate owners create flexible offices as this allows increased yields as well as makes their offer more attractive to tenants. Small and large businesses have the option to rent on more flexible terms than the typical multi-year lease.
But setting up and operating a flexible workspace involves servicing hundreds of people and making sure they are billed correctly, can reserve shared resources and have access to the right places. The community element and making sure that members get along nicely with each other is also a significant challenge.
To solve these challenges, we’ve built a software platform that automates all key business processes and integrates other workspace technologies such as access control, wi-fi, printing and more. To provide an end-to-end solution, we also offer a suite of white-label apps that help the members of flexible workspaces engage with their office and the workspace community.
Having all this, we dare to say that our products play a key role in shaping the future of flexible working. With the new funding, we’ll build on top of this not only in terms of product but in terms of services and global presence too!
